Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your product, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
• Postage is paid by the customer
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured delivery service
• Fees may apply
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty Claims
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty, which covers all manufacturer faults. Some items may have different warranty terms — please refer to the product description.
Should an issue arise with your item, please contact us at amghealthbeauty@hotmail.com to raise a warranty claim.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
